During our visits we inspect the entire unit and test all functions.
$125.00 for one visit a year or $200.00 for two visits a year. Each visit covers inspection and maintenance of up to three appliances. Each additional appliance is $25.00
For refrigerated units this service includes:
- Cleaning of condenser coils
- Inspection of gaskets
- Replacement of filters, as needed (filter cost not included))
- Testing unit fans & switches
- Replacing burned out bulbs
- Checking drains & drain pans
- Testing the ice-maker and dispenser
- Descaling and sanitizing (ice machines only)
- Fee is applied towards any recommended repairs.
